Placed an order on ********, was supposed to be delivered on ********, instead received a message that the order was being sent back to Amazon for replacement (what?) with no other information as to why it needed to be replaced or when the order was going to be resent. Still no info about it and have checked my "Orders" several times in the past few days. I have also attempted to cancel this order, because it is now over a week after I placed the order and since there was a special birthday card in the order (and one other item) for someone whose birthday is tomorrow, I'll now have to purchase another card for tomorrow's birthday.
GetHuman-mprescot did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
