Hello, I have a problem with my prime membership account since July this year. It was locked immediately after creating the same account. I wrote you a few times emails, I sent you fax to confirm the information for my card, I called you. Also that I received email that my account will be closed, but nothing. So the problem is that I was charged *-* times for prime benefitz without access to my account. And now also that I have fees from my bank because you contuniue to charge me without reason. I want to ask for refund for all of my money if its possible because now my debit card is under "*". Please send me email with details.*Thanks.
