I ordered a luggage set and charged it to my amazon account. It arrived ****. Today a second set arrived. I checked my account and I was charged for *. I need a full refund but was told I could have a one item credit. Then you charged my Amex account $*. I want all my money back.
GetHuman-csurp did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
