For more information, please check the inbox of the email address associated with your AWS account. **Could we please do what is needed to unblock outr account**Amazon API user used to send emails is:**Amazon SES:*AKIAICQS*KIVA*N**SKQ on *SMTP server: email-smtp.eu-west-*.amazonaws.com
