Every month I get charged $**.** for Amazon Prime - which I don’t use. So every month I have to call to ask to have the charge removed. Every time the customer service rep says it won’t happen again but once more, here I am again contacting you to reverse this charge. **It appears on my Discover card as “Manually Keyed” and there’s a Y in recurring billing indicator. Can someone look into this and get it corrected so I don’t have to do this every month?
