I have an issue with a reinstate account. I made a purchased with the wrong credit card which had unsufficient funds, and Amazon locked my account. I tried sending a Banking Statement but they keep sending me the same email. Because of time issues I tried using another Amazon account, and this time I used the correct credit card but they still locked my account. PLEASE HELP I need that shipping as soon as posible.
