In ordering a book on the phone with Amazon, my husband ended up ordering it twice once under my account Wendy Allen and once under his Daniel Allen. The representative tried to cancel the one to my account but it had already entered the system. I was directed to refuse delivery or return the book for a credit to my account. In trying to get info on returning it, the system would not recognize my id or password. I need instructions on returning the book and also want to cancel Amazon Prime on my account. He mistakenly signed me up for that. HELP!!!
