I recently purchased a brand new ' kindle ' fire *, and in less than a month, it has ceased to charge, it malfunctioned almost immediately with no warning or incremental charging problems. I've used a variety of charging cords, an d won t recharge. Please get back to me ASAP. I'm hoping for a quick simple solution that can be solved via text, call, etc, and hope to avoid getting a whole new device. **Karl
