Received a phone call from your billing department, **Today ******* at *.** a.m. **After speaking with YOUR rep, she couldn't completely satisfy or help my situation so she decided to put me on hold for ** minutes, continue to put me on hold and then by "accident" disconnected the call. **This is unacceptable customer service, I am a prime member, order thousands of dollars of merchandise from Amazon and the one time I need assistance I get an offshore rep who doesn't know how to escalate a call professionally if she can't resolve?*I would like this agent reprimanded.
