I purchased it to wear for July *th,so I contacted Amazon July *th and was told by that I would receive a refund and to not worry about sending back the dress. On yesterday, ***, however, I received an email stating that the amount of the dress will be deducted from my account again if the item isn't received by ***. Please explain why the representative would tell me to not worry about sending back the dress, but then send me this email?
