Hello, We purchased a Hayward DC**** ProGrid filter for our pool on ****. It was delivered on **** and installed ****. Installer asked if we purchased the filter used. It has not functioned correctly at all since arrival. Contacted Hayward for service*repair **** and **** and was referred to a local service rep. Rep made house call on *** and replaced one part (pressure gauge) despite being told another part seemed to be damaged as well. Our pool service pro obtained a replacement part at our expense. Filter is still not working with this fix. We feel we were sold a faulty unit and request a replacement unit that is handled with extreme care to ensure no damage in transport.
GetHuman-tech_vix did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
