I chatted about an order and have the transcript. It was an order for shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo bottle was broken during shipment and ruined the shipping box as well as my mailbox. I cleaned it all up and took pictures. Then I chatted online and received a refund. I told the person I could not send the item back because it was all over everything. Person said no problem and didn't need to see pictures. Now I get an email saying I must return item or be charged again. HELP!
