Help with my Amazon issue
I cancelled an order due to slow dispatch, but I haven't been refunded the correct amount. *I purchase paint (£**.**) and storage boxes (£*.**). I paid using a £** gift card and paid the balance. I cancelled paint but have only been refunded £*.** to a gift balance. Shouldn't I be refunded the full cost of the paint?
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
