If you are having issues with your Ebay order that was already placed click https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/il/en-us/. From there, you should be able to report the issue to Ebay using their forms.

I placed an order for * security cameras yesterday, now I have received an email saying payment declined because I have opened a new account, then I added my new debit card details, & I got a message the items have been dispatched but another web page says I don't have an order in ****. the problem is I am travelling on saturday early morning that why I paid more for next day delivery. can you please confirm that my goods are coming tomorrow or not.*my order no: ***-*******-*******.
