I can't believe what is going on with your company. I just went through a big mess with Amazon UPS delivered the Tie Rack I ordered. I did not receive it. After a ton of confusion I had to take item to US Post Office. You sent me an extra Tie Rack. So I sent that Tues. Now I find the curlers I ordered I find you said they were delivered and they were not. We were home. So now what??????I haven't been able to find that type of curlers anywhere and I was delighted to find them again. Am I going to have to go through the same mess as my Tie Rack?
