Hello *We bought my son a fit bit from you on **th March ****. Order Number ***-*******-******* Invoice Number: AEU-INV-GB-****-********. The battery of the watch goes from fully charged to empty in less than * hours and their is an obvious fault with the watch. We have other Fitbits at home all of which need to charged every ** hours or so. I would like a replacement watch or our money refunded as the product is clearly faulty and not fit for purpose. *Best wishes Jane Godefroy
