On May ** I had called because I had accidentally set up and was paying for an extra account after a move and an email change. (For over a year) I called to cancel the account that was set up on an email that I could not retrieve. My daughter and son have still been using the former amazon account, so I am concerned that I still have two and am paying for two. Just needing to know what is happening. And what you can see when you look at the accounts. Why are they both active? Thanks!
