Help with my Amazon issue
****o. On ********** I let my mother Christina p***more use my debit card to order a gift. That payment of **.** went through my bank on **********. I also had a prime member****p fee of $**.** go through my acct. Then again on the following dates**Jan **** **.***Feb ** (hit bank on Feb **), **** for **.***March** for march **, **** amt **.***April ** for april ** amt of **.***And May ** amt of **.****Prior to december, i had no fee for prime ***iciated with my bank acct. This was not my error nor was it my mothers error. *But I personally never okd for monthly amazon prime pymts. *I would like a full refund of $**.** *Without recharging my mother for these fees due to this being an error by Amazon. *My name is Misty Crumbaugh***********. My email acct is *****@***.com*There should be no amazon acct for prime ***ociated with this email address or my checking acct.
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
