I was attempting to renew my amazon prime for the first time and when I went to renew it renewed my account for a yearly price. I did not want a yearly price I was trying to do monthly price. So after I changed it to monthly my bank account was charged for a yearly price and a monthly price. I just need a refund of the transaction for the yearly price. If someone can please help me with this it would be very much appreciated. Also I know there is a waiting period for the refund I need to know how many days it will take.
