You closed my account for ?"policy issues". No one can tell me why. I am a prime member, a great paying customer. *I would like to know what "policy issue". This is wrong not to notified a excellent customer why her account was cancelled. What would you propose one do if in the middle of a transaction.*I have been told that they do not know what the issue are but they will forward my information to a "team that will look into this matter." It may take *-* business days. This is poor customer service.
GetHuman-voltzm did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
