I am an amazon customer since ****.*The email used was *****@***.com I was blocked and I do not know the reason.*I opened a second account, *****@***.com, and I made some purchases but was blocked. An email was sent to me requesting the statement of my credit card, I sent the statement several times and I can not unlock my account.
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
