I have been a prime member for quite some time now and you recently billed my credit card to continue for another year.*I have not been on prime to watch videos for a while but a few nights ago I accessed prime video on my Roku and I had to sign up for a free trial in order to view anything.*So I am assuming my account is messed up and need some help to get it back on track.*Please let me know what you need to get this issue resolved.*Thanks*Dr Robert Donaldson
