I am a longtime Amazon customer. There used to be a filter when searching for clothes to buy - it gave you the open to choose items that were at least **% off, **% off, **% off etc.etc. I never see this filter anymore, I want to know why?? And if you have discontinued it, please know that I am very unhappy about that and would like to see that feature returned.**And also, why is there no longer an option to email Amazon with a problem, the only options given are phone or chat. Why did you take the emailing customer service option away?
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
