Hi. A samsung J* Prime was ordered for me on the **th SEptember **** and shipped to an address in the UnitedStates on the *nd of October. i received the phone later in Otober thatsame year. for the past two months i have not been able to contact my service provider, use my data plan, make or receive calls. i was just told that it is defective and needs a mother board. Why would a new phone need a mother board.**since my warranty is not out. i would like a new samsung j* prime to replace my defective one.**thank you in advance.
