I have just noticed that in January of ****, I was charged for prime. I use Amazon smile but have never signed up for prime. I have no record of, or receipt being e-mailed that stated I was being charged for prime. I have no reason to use prime, and would like a refund for the purchase price. If I received some free ****pping, I will gladly pay any ****pping costs ***ociated. I have been an Amazon customer for some time and have no reason to sign up for services that I don't use.*Thank you for your time on this matter.
I trust that Amazon will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
