eBook content is gone. I purchased two eBooks at Amazon:**.- Capital in the Twenty First Century by Thomas Piketty and *.- Banking on Failure by Joseph Pimbley and Laurel MacDvitt.*I read over pages without any glitch. After a few idle months, I attempted to continue reading and my eBooks are not available. In addition all my previous orders disappear. I have been purchasing from Amazon for years under the email that I indicated below. All I can recover is two Amazon files with voucher extension which I cannot read nor paste in this mail.
GetHuman-fhoepel did not yet indicate what Amazon should do to make this right.
