Change the date I am charged for subscribe and save items. I am currently being charged before my pay date and that’s not optimal for us. I want to change the payment date to the *st of the month. ... Try to talk to a live person. He didn’t understand what I wanted to do. I’m very frustrated by it right now it shouldn’t be that hard I thought I was being specific about what I wanted to do and he just wasn’t getting it.
I’ve never had such a negative response from an Amazon team member in the years I’ve been a customer!!!!!
Help me change my subscribe and save items to the *st of the month. Every month. I thought it was a fairly simple request but that guy was t understanding me.
