I ordered * items on Prime on Tuesday ie * days ago . Guaranteed next day delivery. It’s now Thursday and I’ve had an email from the courier, the dreaded Hermes saying “Delivery Unsuccessful”. What this actually means is that our local Herm*s courier only delivers to this post code when he has enough parcels to make it worthwhile. *Basically you are NOT supplying me with the service I have subscribed to , so I require a reduced subscription or refund since this happens almost every time you use the useless Herm*s service .
