Help with my Amazon.com (UK) issue

I ordered two books. Because I had been caught out before, I made every effort to AVOID signing up with Prime, only to discover that Amazon had signed me up without my permission. I DO NOT want Prime and I am sick and tired of having to hunt out the cancel button every time I order something.
GetHuman-rplabs did not yet indicate what Amazon.com (UK) should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-rplabs fixed the problem
Be very careful when you place an order or you will find Amazon has automatically enrolled you in a 'Prime trial period', and if not cancelled, you will be charged after ** days. You have to locate the cancellation link under your 'Prime account' to avoid being charged. My point is that if customers want to enrol in Prime, fine, but they shouldn't be tricked into it.
