I have contacted twice concerning an unauthorised debit from my bank. The first time i was directed to a fraud centre and had to subsequently re enter a new password after * hours and then re set my information. The debit was shown as an order dated **.*.** with an order reference number ***-*******-******* and i was alerted to it by a email from Amazon. I checked my bank account and the money had not been drawn, I informed you of this. After re setting my details including password i checked and the recent order list no longer showed this gift voucher item. however, the voucher remains on my account page. Today I find that Amazon has taken the £*** from my account.*I stress that I have not knowingly authorised this debit and require the funds returning to me. I DO NOT WANT AND HAVE NOT KNOWINGLY ORDERED A GIFT VOUCHER.
