My name is Michael Duke* my email address is *****@***.com* this is the email address for my Amazon account. I ordered *on **********, payed for *£**.***, and was delivered *on ********** parcel delivery number: Q************* to: Michael Duke* **, St James's Street, Brighton, BN* *QD. The item was one: August DVB-T*** USB Freeview HD TV Stick* the instructions for this item stated that I had to download drivers and software from the August web site in order to be able to use the item on my laptop* the instructions also contained a validation code *TCBP*U-**UUSS*MDL-LZ**R**Y*, which I had to input in order for the download of the driver and software to begin* however, when the code was inputted and the continue button pressed, a message kept coming up that the code was invalid* I therefore went on to the Amazon UK web site and cancelled the purchase* and followed the instructions for Amazon's returns practice* I chose the return method of taking the item to my local Royal Mail office* in return the Amazon web page produced a page with a QR code for me to scan in order to get the return item details* those details were:*'BARCODE**********LABEL***QRCode*JGB****H**B************************** TSS** MU*********GB*ED***XX***DD*ZGBR***DBarcode*MU*********GB*sendersDetails*Amazon*CUSTOMER RETURNS*SCOTTISH*DISTRUBUTION CENTRE*SDC*XX** *DD.*This information did not in anyway explain what the instructions were, to me, for the return, of the envelope, containing the cancelled purchased item to Amazon. Please will you email me at: *****@***.com* and explain exactly what I have to do to return the item to Amazon* in order to be refunded the cost of the item and postage.*Yours Faithfully*Michael Duke.
