Defective item (order *** ******* *******) which would cost approx £** for me to return to seller. He has been delaying collecting item from me for weeks now with various different excuses. I spoke to your representative, J Delano, on Friday and an email was sent to seller urging him to take action. Although I received an email from him, it was yet another excuse saying that he would chase up the courier to pick up my table. Your A-Z guarantee states that you will refund my money if I cannot get satisfaction from the seller. In addition to the purchase price I also paid £**.** delivery charges and a £** assembly fee. I am living on a pension and cannot afford to lose this money.
