The issue in GetHuman-ccaas's own words
Hi, I returned a package * ***-*******-*******, along with * other packages, I have received a refund on the other *, but not on this one. I returned the * packages through a Hermes Depot point (Mace - Howden-le-Wear). The * parcels each had their return scan bar printed through the Hermes machine. The assistant tried to scan the barcodes at her till to complete the transaction, but the machine kept coming up with * of * parcels (both transactions), so the transaction went through with only * scan codes for the * parcels. The assistant wrote a message on my receipt to say there were * parcels and she took a photo, as did I. After checking, I'm wondering if the above parcel should have had a printed return on it, however, it did have a scan code, which the Hermes machine accepted. If you could sort this out I would be so grateful, many thanks.
