Hi I ordered a microwave last friday, ORDER * ***-*******-********it was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday **th. I checked the status when it didnt arrive. It gave a new order date of today. I tracked the parcel again and Amazon states, "Given to the carrier on Monday **th". *I've tracked this with Hermes, they say they haven't recieved the parcel from you, so can you cancel it and refund me please? *Regards *Pete Buckingham ******-******
