I bought a **.* kindle fire hd for my brother in **** but he has now sadly passed away. I want to de-register this device and 're-register it as a *nd device for my own use. Is it possible to do this?.
GetHuman-suze_coo did not yet indicate what Amazon.com (UK) should do to make this right.

On my brother's Kindle I went into 'Device' then into ' Dr-register.Took a few seconds then 're-registered it with,Amazon with my personal details and password. Simple really so hope this helps others. I can't understand why it is so difficult to contact Amazon customer services when faced with a query or problem.
