I made an order with a seller on *********, it is now **********. I messaged the seller RIGHT after I bought it and they said theyd ship it as soon as possible. I messaged them several days later and they tell me they have a Chinese holiday going on... that’s ridiculous, why didn’t they tell me before? I don’t want to do business with them, I want the money they took from me. The denied my cancellation request and didn’t even respond to my message. I sent them multiple messages. I’m going to contact my bank and going to get authorities involved if this persists. I hope aliexpress can help me because I’ve had enough.
