Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your attention an issue with tracking my package under the Order ID: [redacted][redacted]. The receiver information contains errors such as a different address, receiver name, and city. The correct receiver information should be as follows: STAMPOULI 10, FLORINA, FLORINA, Greece, recipient ATHANASIOS SOULIOTIS. However, the current information provided shows: 16 Amalias, Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki, Thessaloniki, Greece, receiver VOKA ANASTASIA. I am unsure if this discrepancy is due to an incorrect tracking number or an error in the order. I am hopeful the product will arrive on time as expected, and I would prefer to receive the item rather than opting for a refund. Thank you.

I received a faulty Airwirl product. Upon contacting the seller, I was asked to provide a video demonstrating the defect, then asked for another video to prove the batteries were working despite them being new. The seller requested to plug it in with a cord that was not included in the product. Despite agreeing that I could return the product and the seller would cover the costs, I was informed later that I had agreed to no refund or return. I attempted to start a chat but was unsuccessful. I just want a refund and guidance on how to return the item.

I recently made my first purchase on AliExpress from Seller Shop [redacted], ordering a wig with specific details on color, size, and length. Upon delivery after a long wait, the item received did not match the agreed specifications. I contacted the Seller who acknowledged the error and promised to send the correct item. However, after leaving an honest review, the Seller responded rudely and aggressively, refusing to send the correct item and even resorting to abusive language. This experience is disappointing for a first-time AliExpress user, and it reflects poorly on the platform to allow such behavior from Sellers. Order Number [redacted][redacted]: I bought a BENBOX CNC MACHINE, CNC [redacted], metal engraving cutting machine, aluminum copper wood PVC PCB carving machine, CNC router with a 5500mw laser. Unfortunately, the board was broken upon arrival. I reached out to a person named Adam, who sent the replacement part. However, upon inspection, I discovered the laser lens is cracked. Despite contacting Adam multiple times, I did not receive further assistance, and the dispute was closed prematurely. I am requesting a refund of $[redacted].00 to replace the laser component or for the company to provide me with a new laser.

I purchased high heel shoes for $29 that turned out to be cheap, so I asked for a refund from AliExpress. They instructed me to return the item to the seller, which I did through Australia Post without a tracking number due to the high cost with tracking. I have the receipt as proof of return, but the seller is unresponsive. In the dispute, it mentions that if the seller does not confirm receiving the return within 27 days, I should receive my refund. However, AliExpress emailed me requesting a tracking number by July 4, or they will close the dispute. I'm concerned because I've already spent $29 on the item and $14 on return postage. After ordering one Momomo digital EBook reader from Ali Express, I was so pleased with the product that I decided to purchase another one for a friend. However, an issue arose when my order was somehow duplicated five times without my knowledge. Upon realizing the error when the funds were withdrawn from my credit card, I promptly reached out to both Ali Express and my bank for assistance. The bank is investigating the multiple charges, and Ali Express has mentioned refunding me for three of the duplicate orders, keeping two charges. I am puzzled as to why they have not refunded all four extra orders. I have already contacted Ali Express regarding the situation, requested return instructions, and even offered to cover the return expenses, as having two extra readers is unnecessary for me. I am patiently awaiting their response.

I ordered a welding machine for $[redacted] with free shipping to Israel. The website offered air shipping for an additional cost, but I chose regular shipping due to the item's weight of 60kg. When asked by the seller, I requested delivery to Haifa sea port, not Ashdod where it eventually arrived after a month. The seller now demands $[redacted] more for VAT, import taxes, and logistics in Israel, which was not agreed upon. Despite a month of communication, there's been no resolution. I noticed the seller increased the item's price to $[redacted] on their page. I opened a dispute on AliExpress, but I missed the buyer protection period. Tracking shows the item went to Ben Gurion airport, not the actual sea port delivery. I've provided all evidence to AliExpress but so far, no refund. $[redacted] is a significant amount for me, seeking help on this matter.

The seller I purchased three bridesmaids dresses from has caused me multiple issues. The first two dresses had incorrect lengths - one was too long and the other was too short. After informing them, they promised to fix the short one but stopped responding for weeks, forcing me to spend £[redacted] for alterations. The third dress in my order had a crooked hem, making it unwearable. After sending it back for a fix, they eventually claimed they couldn't repair it and sent it back as is. Hello, I have been shopping on AliExpress for a while now. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive my first order, a Screwdriver (Order No. [redacted][redacted]), despite making the payment in advance. I have reached out to online support, but the issue remains unresolved, and I am unsure about the refund process. Additionally, in my last order, I purchased a Digital thermometer (Order No. [redacted][redacted]), which I also have not received, despite paying in advance. I am requesting a full refund for both items as neither has been delivered to me. I do not have any pictures or documents of the products, only the Order Numbers provided above. I have not received the item I ordered over 60 days ago, and the seller keeps extending the protection time. I am frustrated with this unprofessional behavior, especially since it's just a small $1 earphone. Sellers should not be able to unilaterally extend protection time without the agreement of AliExpress or the buyer for more than 60 days. This is a significant inconvenience and time-waster for consumers like me. If this issue is not addressed, I may consider switching to another online store. AliExpress and GETHUMAN are not suitable for business. Their customer service is lacking compared to Amazon, eBay, or PayPal. The chat support is ineffective as promises are made but no action is taken by either AliExpress or the seller, Shenzhen TopTab Technology Co., Ltd. Numerous interactions have not led to resolution, resulting in disappointment. Requests for refunds have been unfulfilled, and promises of replacements have not been kept. The lack of follow-through from the seller raises concerns about using AliExpress in the future. Despite assurances from customer service agents, no refunds have been received, leaving the customer feeling let down. The overall experience with AliExpress has been subpar and unreliable. I purchased 22 clothing items from a store, each priced at $1.60. The total is around $35, but the package never arrived. The initial delivery date was by the end of May, then it changed to July 13th. Around two weeks ago, the items were moved to be reviewed, even though the tracking still shows them in transit. I have diligently checked for the package daily, even visiting the post office with the tracking number, but they cannot locate it. I find it concerning that my order was marked reviewed without being delivered. Losing $35 is significant, and I feel scammed. I trusted Aliexpress, so this is disappointing. I just want a refund now.

I am being asked to verify my security for payment processes, and the request includes submitting pictures of my ID, old bank cards, and bank statements. I no longer possess the cards they are asking for and am puzzled about how to proceed with the appeal without that information. Additionally, I find it invasive that a Chinese shopping website requires such detailed personal information. Transitioning to the new accounts on Aliexpress has proven to be a frustrating experience, as the process repeats despite being freshly created. This situation has soured my long-standing relationship with the platform, and I am frustrated with the barriers I am facing to continue using their services.

I received the incorrect colored shoe, and now I am being asked to cover the return shipping costs. The item description clearly indicated the shoe's color, so it's frustrating to be penalized for the seller's mistake. I purchased human hair from AliExpress, and the sellers are mstoxic and ueenly hair. After receiving a WhatsApp message that my order had shipped, I got an email from AliExpress stating my order was canceled. I contacted my bank, which provided transaction confirmation number [redacted] showing the payment to AliExpress went through. I'm puzzled by the conflicting information and need the hair promptly.
