They're trying to get me to verify an appeal for my security on my payment processes. They want pics of my ID, my bank cards, and bank statements. But I don't even own those cards anymore. How am I supposed to have a successful appeal if they want all this information I just don't possess anymore?? Do they just think that people don't use other people's cards or something???? I'm not even with the bank that those cards they want bank statements from anymore like what the ****. And why do I have to give so much of my personal information to a Chinese shopping website??? I have never had to give a bank statement anywhere that I've shopped ever in my life. Their chat customer service is absolute **** too. I've tried making new accounts on Aliexpress but they just put me through the same **** all over again. Even though I had JUST made the accounts. It's pissing me off and ruining my experience with this **** site*app. I have been shopping with them for years then out of no where, they practically just block me from even using their **** site???
