My name is Dr. Moumar NDIAYE, and am calling you in relation to Order No. ***************. *The Chinese Seller informed me that the pair of shoes for US$***.** were rejected by the customs and asked me if I still want them to resent to me or refunded.*I told her that I do not want them anymore, and prefer to be refunded directly to my credit card. She then told me that I should open a dispute to which she will agree, and expect refund to my account from AlibabaExpress within the * following days.**Please inform me on follow up.**Thanks and regard
