I have made a booking through Agoda apps for ******** at Northem Suites Penang . I intended to only book one room. However , after I made my payment through maybank*u, the next page I was referred to showed error in transaction. Thinking it did not go through as normally I won’t receive this kind of msg after a successful booking , I rebooked again. Later , I was being notified that I had booked the room * times and I was already charged twice. I have made many bookings through agoda and I have no problem before. How come this time after a successful booking I was notified transaction error and pls try again. I am not satisfied and pls refund my money for the one room that were booked accidentally due to misinformation from your app. **My booking id:* Northam All Suite Penang*First Booking ID: ***********Second Booking ID: *********
