We reserved a stay at By the Sea Resort in Olongapo through Agoda for October 11-13. The payment was made on October 4, [redacted] via BDO, but shortly after, we got an email saying our booking was canceled. We have reached out to them via email but have not received a response yet, and we are unable to reach them by phone. We are requesting Agoda to either reinstate our reservation for October 11-13, [redacted], or refund the 16,[redacted] pesos so we can directly rebook with the property for the same dates.

However, AGODA cancelled the booking due to a technical error. I spoke to Jenny from customer service who mentioned that the refund process would take up to 30 days. My bank, Banco de Oro, requires a letter from AGODA to process the refund. I kindly request AGODA to send the required letter to my email promptly. I am disappointed with Jenny's rude behavior as she handled the situation. Her attitude was unwarranted considering the inconvenience caused by AGODA's system error. I made a reservation at Welcomhotel Dwarka in New Delhi, India through Agoda. However, upon check-in, the hotel didn't have the voucher from Agoda and I had to pay twice the rate directly. Agoda charged my card $53 for the booking. My email is [redacted], booking ID [redacted]41, and booking reference number P[redacted]. My name is Tom Lind. I find this situation unacceptable and request a prompt response. Additionally, the booking ID is unrecognized when making phone calls.

Hello, I just tried to book a room at ARK Malacca Hotel. On their website, it said I could select the number of beds. I called the hotel to confirm this information, but the staff member who answered was rude to me. He did not provide a proper answer to my question and even hung up on me when I requested to speak to someone else. I am very disappointed with the service I received and would like to know what actions will be taken regarding this staff member's behavior. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention an issue we encountered with our booking in Madrid through Agoda. We discovered discrepancies in the check-in and check-out procedure that differ from what we expected. Here are the details of the booking: Booking number: [redacted]92 Property Name: SmartRental Puerta del Sol Dates: 12-15 Oct Our understanding was that Agoda offers a 24-hour free luggage deposit service similar to hotels. However, we learned that the property in Madrid only allows luggage deposit after 11 AM upon arrival. Additionally, for departure, the luggage deposit is at a different location (Gran Via, 48) which seems to be a separate service provider with an additional charge. This information was not disclosed on Agoda's website and was only brought to our attention recently by the property regarding the check-in and check-out process. I would like to request a refund for my bookingID [redacted]34. I was unable to enter terminal 1 Aerotel at Changi Airport as a United Airlines passenger. At Changi Airport, passengers are only allowed to check-in 2 hours before their boarding time. It's important to inform customers that with United Airlines at Changi Airport, passengers can only check-in 2 hours before their boarding time. I am currently staying at the Haven walk-in lounge.

My booking ID is [redacted]. At Changi Airport, United Airlines only allow check-in 2 hours before the boarding time. My boarding time is October 6, Sunday [redacted], at 9 pm. My booking with you, Agora Aerotel Transit Hotel Terminal 1, is for October 5, Saturday [redacted], at 9 pm. I am not allowed to go to the Aerotel Transit Hotel Terminal 1 for my booking. You should have professionally advised me on this matter, so I could have found another place to stay earlier. Now, at the last minute, I am paying again to stay at a walk-in lounge with no bed to sleep. My email is [redacted].

I made a booking for one night at the Best Western Ipswich Hotel on October 6th through booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel, the room had a terrible smell, no windows to open, cobwebs hanging from the lights, a broken toilet, and was generally dirty and dusty. I couldn't stay there, so I went to reception to express my disappointment and requested a full refund. They advised me to contact customer service. After speaking with the manager, she assured me that a full refund would be issued since the payment was made through your platform. I am hoping to resolve this issue promptly.

I tried to book a hotel in Cebu Mactan on 7.10. During the first attempt to confirm my reservation, the session broke just when I was entering my credit card details. On my last try, I successfully provided my credit card information, only to receive a message that the session had timed out. Thinking my reservation was unsuccessful, I searched again and was able to make another reservation. Although the payment did not go through, I received confirmation for this reservation. Shortly after, I received an email confirming the initial reservation that I thought was unsuccessful due to the session timing out. I am now confused as I have two reservations for the same time. How can this be corrected?

Hello, I made a booking at Hotel Ashoka Beach Resort in Pondicherry through Agoda with booking ID [redacted]93. Upon arrival, the property appeared different from the pictures - an old Resort with a shabby atmosphere. The rooms were smelly and filled with mosquitoes, lacking toiletries and towels. The bed linen was dirty and used. When I raised these issues with the hotel management, they promptly asked us to leave. A friend who booked via another agency received an immediate refund. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact Agoda at the time due to unfamiliarity with their procedures. I seek a refund for the unused room due to the unsatisfactory conditions. Shortly after checking in and sitting down to eat at my daughter's birthday, I was harassed by the management. I had clarified upon check-in that most guests were there for a quick sing-along, as I was told I didn't need to rent a table. However, to my surprise, I was rudely approached and told otherwise when we started eating. The way I was questioned and spoken to was completely disrespectful. When I requested a refund, I received an inappropriate response. I urge your company and others to reconsider doing business with such unprofessional individuals.

I made a reservation through Agoda for a room at Hotel Claremont in Singapore for 2 persons for 5 nights with booking ID: [redacted]33. I submitted a request for a refund about a month ago through Agoda. They emailed me saying the refund would be processed within one month from the request date. I provided all the necessary documents for the refund on September 9th. It has now been a month, but I have not received any communication or the refund from Agoda.
