I need to cancel a reservation I made for late October, but I missed the cancellation deadline. I only realized it was earlier than I thought. I'd like to stay at a different hotel closer to my destination, which I booked through Agoda at a higher cost. If I cannot cancel my first reservation and receive a full refund, I'll have to cancel the second reservation, which still allows for cancellation before its deadline.

My booking ID is [redacted]74. I reserved two rooms at Day Inn by Wyndham in Kingman East, Arizona, USA through Agoda. They have already charged me for both rooms. Upon arrival at the hotel, only one room was paid for, and I had to pay extra for the second room. I am seeking assistance in rectifying this issue and getting a refund promptly. I am concerned about why this discrepancy occurred and hope to avoid such incidents in the future.

As a bed and breakfast owner at "On the Rocks B&B" in Greencastle, Co Donegal, Ireland, I appreciate Booking.com and Agoda for bookings. However, I have encountered an issue with Agoda regarding accommodating children. On Booking.com, my policy clearly states that my property does not cater to children, a rule set since [redacted], which I am content with. My concern is that Agoda allows children to be booked into my B&B, which contradicts my policy. I urgently request Agoda to align their children policy with Booking.com to reflect that my property does not accommodate children. Please address this promptly. Hello, I stayed at Hashtag Bangor on August 10, [redacted], booking through Priceline. Priceline instructed me to contact you because Agoda fulfilled the booking. The Priceline trip number is: [redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]-38. During my stay, security staff entered my room without permission, causing us to feel unsafe and prompting us to find alternative accommodation at 1 am. Hashtag Hotels agreed to reimburse me for expenses related to the incident but requested Priceline/Agoda to issue an invoice. Can you assist with this? I can provide more details upon your response. I made a reservation at Days Inn, Membury, UK on September 5th for £52.20. I thought I was booking directly with Days Inn, but later discovered a pending charge of £79.24 for the booking labeled as GAR*HOTEL RES on my account. Days Inn informed me that the booking was made through a third party, presumably AGODA. If the actual charge is £79.24, I would like to cancel the reservation. Hello, I made a booking through Agoda on 07/09/[redacted] at OYO Flagship [redacted] Colaba with Booking ID - [redacted]33. Upon arrival at the hotel, they refused to accept the booking claiming no confirmation from Agoda was received. After contacting OYO, who directed me back to Agoda, I tried reaching out but none of the provided phone numbers worked. Left with no alternative, I had to endure difficulties during the Mumbai floods, booked another room, and stayed elsewhere. I request a refund promptly. On 7/25, I contacted your company to reserve a room stating I would be driving. I was assured they would email the necessary information, but I never received it. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed I hadn't pre-paid and was charged extra, totaling $[redacted] for three days. I attempted to reach out to your company but lacked the required details due to not receiving the email. I also contacted my bank to no avail. I kindly request a refund of the overcharged amount. Dear Agoda, I recently made a booking for the Gold Coast in March [redacted] but mistakenly chose the no cancellation option instead of the free cancellation option due to the similar layout on your website. We are traveling from the UK to celebrate my wife's 60th birthday and would feel more comfortable with the flexibility of the free cancellation option in case our flights are delayed. Could you please assist me in changing my booking to a reserve room instead of a book room? This adjustment would greatly reduce our stress levels and allow us to make changes if necessary. I am Charles L. I am frustrated because I made a hotel reservation at GRAND VISTA HOTEL in Simi Valley on Thursday, September 12th for a one-night stay on September 27th using my debit card. I filled out all the necessary forms but have not received any confirmation. I called the hotel and they do not have a reservation under my name. Also, a transaction of $90.50 appeared on my bank statement on 09/12/[redacted] referencing agoda.com, a travel agency in the United Kingdom. I am confused and concerned about the situation.

Hello, I submitted a booking under the reference number [redacted]13 with the email [redacted] I ended up canceling the booking after my attempt to use my Agoda cash was unsuccessful and wasn't captured by the system. Regrettably, I was charged for the cancellation, which I was unaware of. Subsequently, within two minutes, I made another booking using the same Agoda cash, under reservation number [redacted]45. However, the system still did not recognize my Agoda cash preference. I would appreciate your help with this issue. I have been charged for the cancellation of the first booking, and I still cannot utilize my Agoda cash on my second booking attempt. Hello, I'm from Delhi, India, and had planned a trip to Manali for three nights from the 5th of October to the 8th of October. I intended to book "The Himalayan" hotel in Manali and selected the duplex cottage with two bedrooms for Rs. 14,[redacted] INR per night. Despite successfully booking the room with a pay later option and free cancellation before October 1st, [redacted], I haven't received any email confirmation as promised. When trying to log in, I realized I hadn't created an account. Agoda mentioned they would send a password reset link to my email, but nothing arrived. Feeling concerned about the situation and the legitimacy of Agoda, I've been trying all day to cancel the reservation. I hope for your assistance in resolving this issue.

We reserved this accommodation because the price seemed reasonable based on the photos, and the main draw was the parking. However, upon our arrival from Melbourne to Sydney, we were disappointed to find no available parking spot, and the parking fee was not included in our payment for the two rooms. The condition of the rooms did not meet our expectations, appearing worn out and unclean, especially the furniture like the cupboard and drawers. This overall experience has left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Agoda should consider allowing refunds in such cases as we now need to find alternative accommodation.

Hello, I booked a room at Bangi Resort Hotel in Malaysia for a workshop organized by WHO and the Ministry of Health. I paid in full but the event was canceled abruptly. I accidentally canceled the reservation without reaching out to you first. I am hoping to either get a refund due to the workshop cancellation not being my fault, or to reschedule for another date. I made a booking for Econtel Queensbay on 1st August to 2nd August but did not receive a confirmation. While looking for another hotel, I found Apple 1 Hotel Queensbay and my credit card was charged. Previously, I was prompted to enter my credit card details before receiving confirmation, but this time the amount was deducted immediately. I am unsure how to update my email address. I would like a refund for the charge.

Good morning Agoda, I recently stayed at Bankstown 10 Motel on the 14th of August [redacted]. During booking, I informed Shah about an error where Booking.com double-booked me for the 13th and 14th. Even though Shah cancelled the incorrect 13th booking, Booking.com did not acknowledge their mistake. They used Agoda to process the booking but refused to cancel it despite my efforts. While at Bankstown Motel 10, Shah mentioned they get paid by Agoda monthly and agreed to refund the extra night's payment. However, Booking.com still charged me for two nights instead of one. I am seeking help to rectify this. Belinda has been cooperative and agreed to refund the overcharged amount. She mentioned the refund process needs to go through Agoda. Dear sirs or madam, I was about to book a hotel in Koh Kut, Thailand but found no reviews on any sites, so I needed to ask the "manager" a couple of questions (the huts/hotels and her name was on Agoda.com). I expressed my admiration for the huts and my desire to stay for two weeks, emphasizing that the prices were important to me due to the time difference between Norway and Thailand. After receiving a short response the next day, I was informed that the prices had doubled without any prior warning. Feeling disappointed by the abrupt increase and the customer service from Krittika, I expressed my concerns. The rate went from [redacted] Norwegian kroners to almost [redacted], nearly doubling the price per night. I have contacted Agoda to address this issue and inquire about the initial offer.
