Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-ajtorre a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-ajtorre may need:
Email address on the account, Last 4 digits of the payment card, Phone number on the booking, and Booking ID

I have a booking for February Booking * *********. The credit card I used for the booking got hacked and the bank issued a new card and the number was changed. I need to update the card details for the booking but cant do it on my app. Called customer service in Manila and have been on hold for a customer service agent for ** minutes. How do I update the card. My reservation might get cancelled if you use the old card. Pls advice. Thanks.
