Hi** I booked a hotel yesterday in St ellise hotel Legazpi City Philippines with booking number ********* and I tried to put in a promo code but unfortunately it didnt pull through. Unnoticed I wasnt given a chance to have a full refund because of the * days policy. Im just wondering if I can rebook the date to other dates outside of the *days policy and cancel it so that I can havr my refund since its no longer within *days period. *I used a friends Visa Card.*My email is *****@***.com**Yours sincerely,**Frederick Baldemoro
