Dear CS of Agoda,*Further to your letter below about not being able to deduct from my given credit card, as I happened to be in Bangkok I visited Maverick Ratchada who were quite lost about their not being able to use my credit card. I showed them your letter and handed to them *,*** Baht in cash, which they accepted and gave me a Receipt.*However, they said the amount I had to pay was over *,*** Baht. The amount I was asked to pay by Agoda as shown below is *,*** Baht. I showed this letter to them.
