Trying to get someone in Agoda to look into the issue why I am overcharge and to reimburse the difference ... I made a booking (booking ID: *********) for Hong Kong Harbour Plaza North Point from Oct ** - Nov ** with a daily room rate of SGD*** and using the SEPSAVE*%, manage to get the total charge as SGD***.**. I was surprised however that my credit card was charged SGD****.**. Why am I charge a higher price when in fact I was shown a lower price for confirmation. Please take a look and reimburse the difference back to my credit card. Thanks
No one in the Helpdesk call number is picking up my call
By reimbursing me the overcharged difference in the hotel cost
I have been booking through Agoda all these years and this is the first time this is happening.
What else can I do. I have even called US number but was told of incorrect number to call. I cannot solve the issue myself. Someone from Agoda needs to look into this
