Email address on the account, Last 4 digits of the payment card, Phone number on the booking, and Booking ID
The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-annefeen's own words:
book a hotel ... they took money but didnt book room
money was taken from account
money back into account straight awy or find me rooms at hotel or speak to me
