How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days to return an item for a refund or an exchange with dELiAs. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To initiate a return, please make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Fill out the return form provided with your order and include it with the item when sending it back. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. For exchanges, our inventory is subject to availability, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
