Square is a free mobile app that allows you to accept credit cards on your iPhone or iPad. When you're ready to start taking payments, attach the small card swipe device to your cell phone and enter all necessary information. But what do you do when you want to track a specific transaction? Here are some tips.
If you've not logged in to your Square account online or through the app in a while, try going over old emails. The payment receipts should have all of the information you need. If they do, log onto your Square account, and select "View" under the transaction you are looking for.
If you are still not seeing the transaction online, try contacting Square customer service to see if they can help. If your account is associated with a debit or credit card that has already been charged for that specific transaction, they should be able to pull up the receipt without any problem.
Once you download the Square app, you can use it with your iPhone or online. You also have the option to switch between devices at any time. If you want to find a specific transaction on Square's website, log in and go to the "My Transactions" page. From there, select "All" in the top right corner of the screen. You can filter your search further by choosing specific options such as date, amount or the payment method.
Square also has an app, which you can use to find a specific transaction. If you are logged in on your phone already, go to "My Account" and select the transactions option. You may need to enter your login information for this feature. Choose "Search" or swipe down on the screen until you get to the search bar. Enter the customer's name, date, or amount to view your transaction.
If you remember what type of transaction it was, Square's messages will help guide you. You can find these messages by logging into your account online or opening the app. Under the "My Account" section, select "Transactions." Find the right message, and click on it if it sounds familiar to what you are searching for.
GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
After helping consumers for 10 years, we realized that you need an impartial, live person you can talk to about comparing the various TV, cable, Internet and phone plans in your area- somebody who can compare the best deals across telecom providers. So we created a free concierge service you can call at the phone number below.
