How Do I Track My Square Enix Order?
This article describes how to track game purchases from the Square Enix online store. Instructions are provided for tracking using Square Enix's own order tracking tool. As this can sometimes be problematic, instructions are provided for checking on the order using the USPS and UPS package tracking tools as well.
Square Enix is a popular platform for ordering and preordering games. The popularity of these games, along with the long preorder times, can make customers very eager to find out exactly when they can expect their orders. These orders can be tracked using multiple techniques.
Tracking Your Order through Square Enix
- Go to Square Enix's home page.
- Click on the Log In link in the upper right corner.
- Log in to your Square Enix account.
- Select My Orders from the user menu.
- Look for your order number under the Purchase History header.
- The order status is in the middle column.
This method may not give you enough information, however. Square Enix does not provide a lot of detailed shipping information on their website. If you cannot find the information you need there, or if you have lost the order number, or if you cannot log in to your Square Enix account for some reason, there is another way you can track your order. Square Enix ships all of their orders by either UPS or the USPS. If you cannot get the information you need from Square Enix's website, go to the email associated with your Square Enix account and find the order confirmation email they sent you. It will tell you which company the package was shipped with, and the tracking number for it.
If Your Order Was Shipped by the USPS
- Go to the USPS home page.
- Select the Tracking option from the Track & Manage drop down menu in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Enter the USPS tracking number in the text field provided, including the commas.
- Click the Track button. You will be given your package tracking information.
If Your Order Was Shipped by UPS
- Go to the UPS home page.
- Click the Tracking link in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Enter the tracking number in the text field provided.
- Click the Track button. You will be given your package tracking information.
If you are still unable to track your order, then you need to contact Square Enix's customer support service. Unfortunately, they do not have a customer support phone number. They do, however, have a customer support email address. You can find it here. This can be a slow method of resolution, however, as Square Enix's customer support representatives can take days, even more than a week, to get back to you.
