Every time I log in to my account it asks to send a code for verification .. I have a trusted device .. I don’t want this asked every time I log in
To reduce the frequency of verification codes when logging in, ensure you check the option to trust the device if offered. If the feature isn't available, it may be their policy to enhance security by always requiring verification.

im locked out of account and cant log in

You'll be asked to input your email address and you will receive an email to reset your password. If you're still unable to log in, it may be due to some technical issues. In this case, it's recommended to clear your browser's cache and cookies and try again. Also, trying a different device or web browser can sometimes help.
